How It Works

Buy A Share. Fleet Access.

01

Own Your Quarter Share

Four owners, 25% each, every share held through your own single-purpose LLC. You own equity in a specific tail number — not a seat in a pool.

02

Built In Legal & Tax Advice

Entity setup + specialized tax representation included in your monthly management fee.

03

Fly Your Hours

100 flight hours per year included with each share. Unused hours may rollover into the following year pursuant to the flySHARES terms and conditions.Repositioning (ferry) hours included at no charge. So, you're effectively receiving 200 hours of aircraft use for the same 100 flight hours.

04

We Handle Everything Else

Priority maintenance at our Cirrus Platinum Service Center, insurance, hangar, scheduling, and a vetted roster of pilots that you engage directly.

05

Upside When You're Not Flying

When your aircraft is not in use, it may generate revenue by flying Part 135 charter. You receive a fixed hourly amount applied as a credit on your account.Charter revenue is not guaranteed.

06

A Clean Exit

The initial term is three years. We model the residual value at exit for you, and we handle the resale process of your share for you.

The Fleet — Cirrus SR22 and Vision Jet (SF50)

Two Aircraft. Two Missions.

You are able to purchase a quarter share in either aircraft today — the same ownership structure and philosophy, built for two different missions.

CAPS® Whole-Airframe Parachute Safe Return™ Emergency Autoland

The SR22 is the benchmark piston Cirrus — the aircraft more owners step into private flying with than any other. Every SR22 in the flySHARES fleet carries CAPS, the Cirrus Airframe Parachute System: a whole‑aircraft parachute built into every Cirrus since day one, and the reason so many owners describe Cirrus as the safest way into general aviation. Seating fits 3 adults comfortably, or 2 adults and 2 children.

Behind the yoke is a modern Garmin glass cockpit with Safe Return emergency autoland — the G7+ was the first piston aircraft to offer it. Behind the aircraft is our own Cirrus Platinum Service Center — so priority maintenance isn't a promise from a stranger, it's down the hall. Your share is 25% of one specific tail number — 1/4, held as real equity through your own LLC.

CAPS® Whole-Airframe Parachute Safe Return™ Emergency Autoland

Cirrus built the Vision Jet as the natural next step for SR22 owners — the same CAPS whole‑aircraft parachute and Safe Return emergency autoland, at jet speed and altitude. It isn't built to cross the country; it's built for the same regional missions flySHARES already flies, covered faster and smoother, with seating for up to six — including two child seats rated to 90 lbs each — so the whole family travels together.

What Ownership Actually Costs

Monthly management fee
$2,500 /mo
Occupied flight hour1
$950 /hr
Flight hours included2

Initial term
3 years
  1. 1 Occupied flight hour includes repositioning (the ferry leg) to you at no charge, up to a 1:1.25 ratio. Only ferry time beyond that allowance is billed separately.
  2. 2 Because repositioning rides along at no charge up to that allowance, a one-way trip pattern — you're dropped off and the aircraft repositions back empty — puts roughly double the flight hours on the aircraft for the same 100 occupied hours you're billed.

How this compares to chartering the same aircraft depends entirely on how much you actually fly. Rather than lead with a headline percentage, we'll work through your own numbers with you directly.

*Price is indicative and may vary by aircraft.

Any potential tax benefit (such as bonus depreciation) depends on each owner's individual tax position — this is not tax, legal, or investment advice. Consult your own advisor.

How It Compares

Three Ways To Fly Private. One Builds You Equity.

Whole ownership and charter both solve access. Only one of them also leaves you owning something when you're done.

Every option here is a legitimate way to fly privately — the right one depends on how many hours a year you actually fly and how much capital you want tied up in a single aircraft. We'll gladly run your own numbers against all three.

Whole-ownership upfront and ongoing-cost figures reflect flyADVANCED's own operating experience with comparable SR22 and Vision Jet aircraft; charter figures and the hours-per-year guidance in the bottom row are illustrative 2026 industry benchmarks — not flyADVANCED quotes — and all figures vary by aircraft condition, route, and pilot experience. flySHARES figures reflect the current SR22 G7+ and Vision Jet (SF50‑G2+) structures; see Owner Economics above for the full breakdown. Any potential tax benefit, including bonus depreciation, depends on each owner's individual tax position and is not guaranteed — this is not tax, legal, or investment advice. Safety

Safety Is A Culture, Not A Checklist.

Every flySHARES aircraft is maintained inside the same operation that already carries flyADVANCED's Cirrus Platinum Service Center credential and flyADVANCED Jet's Part 135 certificate.

CAPS on every aircraft

The Cirrus Airframe Parachute System is standard, not optional — a whole-aircraft parachute as the last line of defense.

Safe Return on every aircraft

Emergency autoland is standard across the fleet — the SR22 G7+ was the first piston aircraft to offer it, and the Vision Jet carries it too.

Maintained at our own ASC

Your aircraft is serviced inside flyADVANCED's factory-authorized Cirrus Service Center network, not sent out to a stranger.

Structured Under Part 91 or 135

Depending on the flight, your aircraft is dry-leased to your ownership entity and flown under Part 91, or dispatched as a Part 135 charter under flyADVANCED Jet's certificate — structured flight-by-flight so the right rules and oversight always apply.

Vetted, Cirrus-typed pilots

Every pilot on the roster is Cirrus-typed and sourced through our own training pipeline — you choose who flies with you.

Questions

How It Actually Works.

How is this different from a charter membership?+
A charter membership sells you discounted hours on aircraft you never own. flySHARES sells you a genuine 25% ownership interest in one specific aircraft, held through your own LLC.
What happens if I don't use all my hours?+
Up to 10 unused hours roll into the following year under the flySHARES terms.
Can my aircraft earn money when I'm not flying it?+
It may. When your aircraft isn't in personal use, it can be offered for Part 135 charter, and a credit applies to your account for any hours billed, based on your ownership share. Charter volume depends on demand and isn't guaranteed.
Can I fly a different aircraft when I need one?+
Yes — you can book any other aircraft in the fleet as a standard Part 135 charter flight, at a preferential rate for flySHARES owners.
Can I get a share of the Vision Jet instead of the SR22?+
Yes — both the SR22 G7+ and the Vision Jet (SF50-G2+) are open for shares today. Pick either one below and we'll follow up with your reservation details.
Is flySHARES an investment?+
No. It's an ownership and usage structure built around access to an aircraft, not a security or investment vehicle. Any charter credit is a fixed use fee, not a share of revenue or profit.
What's the term, and how do I exit?+
Three years initially. Residual value is modeled at exit, and we handle the resale process when you're ready to step out.
