These terms govern your use of flyshares.com, operated by Aero Ways, Inc. dba flyADVANCED Jet ("flySHARES", "we", "us"), a Delaware corporation. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Use of the site
You may use this site to learn about aircraft co-ownership and to contact us. You may not use it unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, or submit information that is false or that belongs to someone else without their permission.
2. Information is general
Everything on this site is provided for general information. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial or investment advice, and it does not take account of your circumstances. Consult your own advisors before making any decision.
3. No offer, and not a security
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or investment product. A share in an aircraft is an ownership and usage structure giving you access to that aircraft — it is not offered or sold as an investment, and no return, appreciation or income is promised.
Nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance. No interest in any aircraft is acquired, and no rights or obligations arise between us, until definitive written agreements are signed by all parties. Those agreements govern the arrangement and prevail over anything said on this site.
4. Pricing, figures and availability
Prices, fees, hourly rates, residual value assumptions and other figures on this site are indicative, may vary by aircraft, and are subject to change without notice. They are illustrations, not quotations, and do not account for your tax position or how you actually fly.
Any reference to possible tax treatment, including bonus depreciation, depends entirely on your own circumstances and is not a representation that any benefit will be available to you.
Where the site describes revenue from Part 135 charter, that revenue depends on demand and is not guaranteed. Aircraft availability, specifications and delivery timing may change.
5. Enquiries
Submitting the form does not reserve a share, create a contract, or oblige us to accept you as an owner. It tells us you are interested and lets us contact you. We may decline any enquiry.
You confirm that the information you submit is accurate and that you may be contacted at the email address and phone number you provide.
6. Operations
Flights are operated under the applicable Federal Aviation Regulations. All operational decisions — including whether a flight may safely be conducted — rest with the pilot in command and the certificate holder, and cannot be overridden by an owner or passenger.
7. Intellectual property
The content, design, text, images and video on this site are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own non-commercial use. You may not otherwise copy, republish or use them without our written permission.
"flySHARES", "flyADVANCED" and "PLANE GENIUS" are marks of flyADVANCED Aviation Group. "Cirrus", "Vision Jet", "SR22", "CAPS" and "Safe Return" are marks of Cirrus Aircraft, used here to describe the aircraft. Their use does not imply endorsement by Cirrus Aircraft.
8. Third-party sites
This site links to other websites, including those of affiliated companies. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost opportunity, arising out of your use of this site — even if we have been advised that such damages might occur.
This section limits our liability for your use of the website. It does not limit any liability that cannot be limited by law, and it does not affect the terms of any signed agreement between us.

12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
13. Changes
We may revise these terms at any time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the revised terms.
