This policy explains what personal information we collect through flyshares.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do with it.

The site is operated by Aero Ways, Inc. dba flyADVANCED Jet ("flySHARES", "we", "us"), a Delaware corporation. Our contact details are at the bottom of this page.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you complete the reserve-your-share form, we collect the information you enter:

• your first and last name;
• your email address;
• your phone number, if you provide one;
• which aircraft you are interested in; and
• the number of flight hours a year you expect to fly, if you provide it.

If you contact us by email or telephone instead, we collect whatever you choose to tell us in that message or call.

Information collected automatically

Our website provider records standard technical information when you visit, including your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and the site you arrived from. Where analytics or marketing cookies are in use, they may also record how you move through the site and whether you arrived from a particular campaign.

What we do not collect

We do not collect payment card details, bank account details or government identification numbers through this website. If you go on to acquire a share, any such information is handled separately under the documents for that transaction, not under this policy.

2. How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and send you information about aircraft co-ownership.
• To contact you by email or telephone about a share you have expressed interest in.
• To keep a record of our correspondence with you in our customer relationship system.
• To understand which pages and campaigns bring people to the site, so we can improve it.
• To meet our legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations.

We rely on your consent, given when you submit the form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

We share it only with:

• HubSpot, which hosts our customer relationship system and processes form submissions on our behalf;
• other flyADVANCED Aviation Group companies, where your enquiry concerns aircraft management, maintenance, charter or training rather than co-ownership;
• service providers who host the site, send our email or provide analytics, in each case only to perform those services for us; and
• others where the law requires it, or to establish or defend legal claims.

4. Cookies and tracking

Cookies are small files placed on your device. We use them to keep the site working, to measure how it is used, and — where such tools are enabled — to connect a form submission to the campaign or search that brought you here.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so will not stop you using the site, though some parts may behave differently.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as we are in contact with you about co-ownership and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that we can pick the conversation back up and meet our record-keeping obligations. When information is no longer needed for those purposes we delete it or remove anything that identifies you.

6. Your choices and rights

You may ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you;
• correct anything that is wrong;
• delete your information; or
• stop contacting you.

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. To make any other request, email sales@flyshares.com and we will respond within the time the applicable law allows.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights — for example under the California Consumer Privacy Act or, if you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, under data protection law there. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of them.

7. Security

Submissions are sent over an encrypted connection and held in access-controlled systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.

8. Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Third-party links

The site links to other websites, including flyadvanced.com and flygateway.org. Those sites have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for their practices.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes will be posted here.
